Admission Criteria: Substance Use Disorder population and family members are admitted into the treatment program. Any individual that has been affected by addiction (including children and families).
Payment Plan: Sliding Scale. Medicaid. Managed Care Medicaid and private insurance accepted. No cost for prevention programs
Population Served: Substance users, individuals at risk for developing Substance Use Disorder and their family members. Men, women, significant others, adolescents and children are welcome
Services Provided: Outpatient: Modified intensive outpatient treatment services where we utilize evidence-based treatment approaches. Ongoing assessments, psychiatric assessments, comprehensive education series, recovery groups, individual counseling, family counseling, relapse prevention and recidivism groups, co-occurring groups, women’s issues groups, crisis intervention, and anger and stress management groups. DWI Track for 1st time offenders and women issues, and other specialty groups. Medication assisted treatments (MATs). Assistance with community resources.
Prevention & education: Community based prevention utilizing evidence-based programs (EBP). Environmental prevention strategies. Community coalition building. Substance use education, teen and parent workshops. Staff training
