Services Provided:Screening/assessment including Impaired Driver (DWI) assessment. Brief Interventions and referrals. Individual, group and family therapy.  Mental health services for enrolled patients. Medication assisted treatment (MAT).

Admission Criteria: Dual diagnosed male and female substance in need of outpatient treatment. Axis 1 mental health diagnosis required and Suffolk county residency. Referrals accepted from self, case management, probation, parole, AOT, TASC, drug court, CPS, courts, hospitals, and other treating providers
