Admission Criteria: Individuals who are in need of outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment and significant others of substance users

Payment Plan: Medicaid; Private Insurance; Self-pay; Sliding Scale. Prevention services free for the Town of Babylon

Population Served: Work with all ages, but specialize in children and adolescents age 0-21 and their families. Schools and communities in the Town of Babylon

Services Provided:  Outpatient. Bi-lingual (Spanish). Non-intensive outpatient substance use prevention and treatment. Bio-psycho social assessments. Psychiatric evaluations. Medication management. Individual, group and family therapy. Individualized treatment planning utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches. Specializes in trauma treatment. Relapse prevention. Vocational assessments and counseling. Parenting program, HIV and STI education and testing. Toxicology testing. Specialized groups for adolescents relating to substance use education, prevention and co-occurring disorders.
Prevention & Education: Evidence-based programs (EBP) provided to grades (K – 12). Community coalition support. Psychoeducational presentations on Electronic Delivery Systems, Vaping, The Heroin and Opiate Epidemic, Bullying, The Effects of Marijuana and/or Alcohol on the Teenage Brain and Gambling Addiction. Environmental prevention strategies, such as sticker shock and social media campaigns
